Terms of Service

-I have the right to refuse a commission or issue a refund at any point in time. This will only apply if I am unable to complete the commission for any reason.-My art may not be used for AI, NFTs, or cryptocurrency in any way.-Have some form of reference ready for me to go off of. It can be a simple flat fullbody of a complete ref sheet, but it is required to at least have a full visual reference of the character for me to use. SFW refs ONLY.-I require payment upfront and in full, and will not begin the commission until payment has been sent. Refusal to send required payment within the first 24/hrs will result in the commission being canceled.-I shall send a WIP before beginning the final line art. Please give any feedback if changes need to be made before the line work completion. Upon confirmation that the WIP(s) is to the client’s liking, I will begin the line work. Any drastic changes requested upon completion will incur a fee. Minor changes or mistakes made on my part will not have a fee.-Artwork is to be used for personal use ONLY. Do not make profit or claim ownership of the art piece itself. The watermark is also not to be cropped out or removed.-Clients are free to post the art wherever they wish, provided credit is given appropriately.-Do NOT trace over the artwork. A beware post will be made publicly about the client to alert other artists of their actions in advance.-I reserve all rights to my work. This includes posting it to any of my socials, unless specifically requested to not have it shared. Ownership credit will be given to the client otherwise.-The client is welcome and encouraged to ask for updates, but I do not work with deadlines. My turnaround time can range from 1 day to 2 weeks at most, but this is only an estimated time and not a set time frame. Commission type has a significant impact on time from completion. Constant spamming will result in cancellation after a warning.
